Abstract: En esta tesis probamos la existencia de una solución no trivial para la ecuación integro diferencial no lineal de tipo Schrödinger-Kirchhoff. Para ello, consideramos propiedades de un funcional asociado a nuestro problema principal y utilizando un esquema Ljusternik-Schnirelman que involucra el género de Kranoselskii. Este resultado amplía los obtenidos por Duang & Huang (2014) y Nie & Wu (2012), que sólo se cumplen para p = 2.
Description: In this thesis, we prove the existence of a ground state solution for the nonlinear Schrödinger- Kirchhoff type integro-differential equation. In order to do this, we consider properties of a functional associated to our main problem and using a Ljusternik- Schnirelman scheme involving the Kranoselskii’s genus. This result extends those obtained by Duang & Huang (2014) and Nie & Wu (2012), which hold only for p = 2.
